It could be, but we are sadly lacking any information on which to base an answer. Things like age, species, what type of a "squeak" is it? When does he seem to do it? How often does he do it? Is his enclosure set up correctly, especially humidity? Is he under stress? Is he active and eating?
He's around 1 and a half and is a mariginated his set up is how it's always been and he tends to squeak when he's buried or basking basically when relaxed I'd say I'd I don't think he opens his mouth at all
