Help please

I ordered a baby hermann tortoise from a website and I think they sent me a marginated tortoise instead. He doesn't have any spots on his shell like I've seen so many Hermann's with and I don't think he has a spur on it's tail either, plus he has the triangles on his belly which is a marginated feature.

Thats sucks that they sent you the wrong tort... Definitely contact them and let them know...

I called them as soon as I got it because my girlfriend knew immediately. I was told to email pictures of it to their email and they would get back to me, but they haven't... It sucks. We were all excited for this tortoise and now we don't know what to do... I'm not prepared for how big he/she is going to get. We picked the hermann for it's small size. We talked about getting a greek instead so that there won't be any more confusion.

Well y'all were correct. They gave us the wrong tortoise, so we are returning him and getting a golden Greek instead.
