Help, are these authentic documents?

I will tell you I will not accuse anyone of lying, but I do see a couple of red flags. First that document looks highly similar to this one:

A little photoshop makes all the difference.
Two, and I guess maybe this is entirely speculative, but if you're from Cameroon the odds that a person there is white are pretty low. While that doesn't rule out that this is legitimate, I am under the impression that these pictures were taken from a source. These pictures look highly familiar to me, but I can't link a source because I'm not sure from where.
Anyway, I would be wary about making a purchase from them, but that is my personal opinion. Good luck.
