Well, I have been working on a little outdoor enclosure for my baby redfoot so that she can go outside while I'm out there and I would have to worry about watching her every second. I filled it with top soil and peat moss, and planted a hosta in there for looks, snacks and hiding. Well, sometime last night, Mr T decided it would be a good idea to overrun the perimeter and eat the hosta. I feel like Mr. Wilson with Dennis the Menace around! **shakes fist**

yeah, he's a hoot. everytime i watch him pace the yard i have to laugh. he is such a fun tortoise. i think he does things to irritate my wife. he LOVES to poop on the back patio, he ruined one of my wifes bushes by LAYING on it, he LOVES to show his manhood to my wife, everytime she tries to lay out in the sun he won't leave her alone and she has to come in, AND now he ate the hosta. i love it....

He's just doing what sulcatas do... What's the problem? I'm sure he thinks that if you didn't want him to have it you wouldn't have left it sitting there for him like that. :)

I think Mr.T was letting you know that if your going to put delicious plants in for the redfoots you better give him some or he'll take theirs :)
