I need to tell you something, it might be a bit shocking for some... I've never eaten butternut squash... Gasp!
I've walked by it dozens of times in the grocery store, but it isn't something which is eaten commonly over here. (99% of the pumpkin I eat is in soup form )
Two days ago I just couldn't resist and bought a whole squash.
Now I am asking you if you could share your best and tastiest recipes with me, so that my first experience will be a great one.
