Wood turtle? in Rancho Cucamonga shelter, CA

Is this a Central American wood turtle? Is anyone close enough to pull it for me or adopt it themselves?

Aww, pretty baby... Looks like a wood turtle to my untrained eye, as well.. Could you find out the adoption fee? My next day off is Friday... If no one else can help out, I may feasibly be able to go pull him for you then. I've been meaning to contact a guy in Fontana about a snake cage, anyway...

Here's its PetHarbor page, as well. Apparently shelter staff thinks it's female and either a CA wood turtle or a painted turtle.
