I think the top picture is a Texas tortoise, and for sure the bottom picture is a leopard. Strictly illegal to sell the Texas tortoise.

Good eye Neal. I thought maybe he was calling it "African" to keep the Authorites from figuring out what he was doing. A large percentage of them don't know a box turtle from a sulcata.
