The Russian tortoise enclosure got destroyed today by the tree that was near, but it had to go as it was becoming a danger to my family.
Gonna miss it, but I'm looking forward to rebuilding and making things even better. I had to dig up the torts. If they would've stayed in they'd be pancake tortoises.
I plan on raising the soil, hauling in some sand, and getting femalesssss! Hopefully ten, still on that mission.
When the guys finish up the tree tomorrow, I'll tell them to finish everything off and pull up the grass.
The Russian torts will be in something better when they come out of brumation.
Recommend some cool plants aside from hibiscus and rose of sharon, I have tons on the property I can dig up.
