Want to adopt Male Russian Tortoise

Looking to adopt a male Russian. I have indoor enclosures for the winter and they will go outdoors late spring. I have 2 others already, both adopted. There is one in a local petshop, but I hate to support the pet store people. He is obviously wild caught and is dehydrated and poorly kept. Poor guy.
Can't ship right now as it is way to cold here. I am north of Pittsburgh Pa, so if anyone knows of any Russians in the area needing a home, please let me know!!

Well, I found an male on Craiglist that is in need of a home. I will be picking him up on Sunday. He comes with a female, though. I only wanted one, but hey, if they both need a home we'll make room. I hate to see my electric bill next month!! I can't wait until spring when everyone goes outside!!
