What temps have you been keeping him at? Basking, warm side, cool side, and low at night.

Has he been eating and drinking?

Is your enclosure open or closed top? How are you keeping his humidity up?

Please post some pictures of his enclosure and the lights/heat you are using, and tell us what kind of lights they are.

For right now, put him in a warm soak, making sure he can hold his head out of the water.

His day is 31 c and night is 28c cold side at day 25c hes not been eating but assumed cause he’s so young it might be due to hibernation it’s a closed top vivarium it’s a uvb tube light 10% and a heat lamp all told by breeder

I'm sorry to say, his eyes look sunken in and dead to me.

Redfoots don't hibernate, I think your tortoise has passed on. I'm sorry

My condolences. It's always hard to lose a pet.

From your post history, it sounds like the baby may not have been started right from the breeder.

When/if you're ready for another, please stop by the red foot section of the forums. You can post your setup there, and we can all put our heads together to help set you up for success.
