My tortoises eat up the plants grown from the testudo mix. My largest female RF had a plant growing behind a white plastic fence that she couldn't reach. Today I harvested it to cut up for their lunch and was surprised to see that it was a giant, MUTANT RADISH!

Lol. I just got and planted some of this. Glad to hear more positive information on it.

My sulcata loves it too. when he gets a mouth full of dill though he will suddenly stop eating and just stare at the food. I know he is thinking something, just not sure what.

Yeah. A few of the plants aren't as quickly eaten. Is dill the green frilly looking plant? They go mostly uneaten. If you look back at the photo it's the plant visible to the left of the radish.

You must be psychic! I just went and pulled one up. Tastes like carrot!
So this mix has radish, carrot and what else?

I just know a thing or two about plants...as far as YOU know. ;)

I have yet to purchase the tetsudo mix, but carrots are one of the many things I have been planting for Odin. He is a big fan.

What's great is that the garden actually has food for pets and people. Just from the mix.
I am seeing that and it is making me rethink purchasing. I had intended to avoid it because I prefer to buy things in which I can identify what ingredients it contains, but the more I read the more I realize it may be the things I am already growing and will save me the mixing and dozens of seed packets. :)

There may be a good of Mount of weeds also in that seed mix. I am terrible and identifying plants so I can't really tell you what all that stuff is :) but I do know that it grows quickly and my tortoise likes it.
