Tortoise Sneezing

Hello. I have noticed my tortoise doing something that looks like sneezing. He sometimes tucks his head and legs in and opens his mouth. I recorded him, (watch the start and end of the video) its not from a good angle... Thank you

I honestly don’t see anything alarming about his behaviour, torts stretch their limbs and neck out when basking and they only do that when they are relaxed. Just to be sure what are the temps under the baking light, ambient temps and night temps. Is he active l, does he eat,poo,pee. Have you noticed any nasal discharge.

Looks all normal behavior. However, what are you offering for food? What type of UVA/B light are you offering the tortoise daily? Is that light being shone down directly from above or is it on one of the clip things angled into the space?
