Tortoise has runny poo

Hi,
I got a 7 month old horsefield tortoise about 4 weeks ago. He has been settling in well, eating well and generally is well. Over the past few days he has been having green runny poo’s (I will attach a photo) I tried to feed him kale when I first got him but he would not eat it. So I moved to feeding him little gem lettuce, which I read was better than iceberg lettuce. However I’m not sure if that is what is causing his runny poo’s now. Any advice would be great !! Any food high in liquid will cause runny poop.
There are also other reasons.
What are you feeding regularly?
A correct and varied diet along with a temperature that is over 80 for digestion should stop this.
