Tiny white bugs

Hello, my closed chamber enclosure is very humid and in the substrate there are tiny tiny white bugs running around. A lot of them. Any idea?

They are springtails. Totally fine and normal. They are your enclosures janitors. They eat left over food you miss

Do they eventually fly? Also have a few small flying bugs lol.

They kind of jump like fleas. You probably also have knats. They don't do anything either. Just annoying

They dont fly. The flying bugs ur seeing are prob fungus gnats( harmless.. just annoying) lol
