I've been looking for a thermostat regulator so that I can keep my CHE at 80 degrees for the night and I am having trouble finding it. Can someone tell me where I can find one or send me a link? It would be really helpful. Thank you.

If someone doesn't use one is it possible that the CHE could reach up to 100 degrees?

Your CHE will get much hotter than 100 degrees as soon as you plug it in.

As far as the temperature under it, well that will depends on proximity, your fixture (domed, or not) ambient temp in the room, and ventilation.

Why would you ? The point of the thermostat is it keep a temperature day and night . Put your basking lamp and uvb lights on a timer . Let the che work off the thermostat. That way you will not let the enclosure get to cold at night .
