Star tortoise not eating

My star tortoise is eating only okra nothing else she is eating without okra so what should I do?

Cut up other foods finely. Then do the same to okra using a little more okra then the other foods. Mix well and spritz with water. He will have to eat some of the other foods to get the okra. Each feeding, add a little less okra. Continue until he starts to willingly eat the other foods. Then eliminate the okra.
