Sluggish in winter?

Hi, would someone be able to advice me.

One of my Hermans seems to be quite slow this winter. She'll eat a few mouthfuls of food in the morning and then go back to bed for the rest of the day. She's also been constipated. I bathe her every day for 20mins. I have three tortoises and the other two seem fine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Just make sure the tortoise is warm enough. To help relieve constipation you can feed the tortoise something wet, like aloe vera or opuntia cactus.
