I would also guess male...
Im going with female. The plastron looks relatively flat and the tail is too short to be a male.

Mature males are almost always longer and narrower in the mid section when viewed from above. Females from the same view are typically wider bodied overall and heavier in weight by comparison of the same size male.

Looks like a female to me.
That tail is so much shorter than my henry's so I would think female.
