Hey everyone.
Hope to get some sex clarification for my 12 year old Marginated.
Any idea if I am dealing with a she or he?

I'm not familiar with the marginated tortoises, but yours looks male to me.

Probably a male. Can you post a view of the tail from the side?

Here is a few of typical Marginateds males and females:

Mature males are almost always longer and narrower in the mid section when viewed from above. Females from the same view are typically wider bodied overall and heavier in weight by comparison of the same size male.
