I am looking to buy 2 Russian Tortoises that can be delivered to Ontario, Canada. Also, if anyone knows of any reputable tortoise breeders located anywhere in Canada I would be happy to hear about them!

Good luck to you on your search. I know we have several Canadian members, so one of them should be posting here to recommend breeders in Canada. 
I know from reading this forum that tortoises cannot be imported to Canada from the U.S. without some kind of extensive bureaucratic approval (I think--or maybe not at all). I also have read that Russians are a good breed for keeping in your climate, and that they are available in certain parts of Canada.
So you should be well on track...
