Ok so washington and Zoe are fine now, they seem to be eating and we are getting to know them. About two weeks ago Zoe laid eggs! So I'm incubating them and I'm scheduled to candle them today to look for veins, I don't know if they consummated their neighbor relationship, I don't expect these eggs to be fertile.
Funny story, I called the vet saying Źòłwie has been digging with her hind legs a lot, all the time, should I worry?
The vet told me to pile up a bunch of dirt so she can dig. I did and twenty minutes later two eggs were laid. She slept the whole day after that and has been so much more relaxed since.

That is a big problem with tortoises sharing food bowls or drinking bowls or the same pen.
They aren't in the same pen, they just wander into each others rooms. He is very aggressive and has taken off scales with his bites. All social tortoise roaming in our house is supervised now. They both have their own spaces.
