Russian egg

So the eggs my tortoise laid 62 days ago are fertile and one of them has something like there is something coming out of it , the egg shell seems cracked in just a very little spot it's been like that for over a week but the baby tortoise hasn't come out yet , I'm wondering if the baby might be death ? Should I crack the egg ? Or should I just wait and see what happen! Any advise would be really helpful

Just leave it be and keep incubating it. For whatever reason, sometimes one may take longer than others. I would not crack it or mess with it until it is very obviously dead or decayed.
