Redfoot not lifting head and dragging legs

I soaked my redfoots this morning as normal. She did spit up some brown matter.Later today I noticed one was not lifting head and was dragging back legs. She is approximately 7 months old. She has been perfectly active and eating! Help!!!

Need more info, and pics if possible.

What is your enclosure, lights, temps, humidity, and diet like? Where did you get the torts, when did you get them? Pics of torts and enclosure are useful, it is easy to upload.

I have had them since July. Temps are 85 to 95 on warm side and 75 on cool side. Humidity is 80 %. I will take pictures and upload.

All four were bought from the same breeder.
I run a che for heat and arcadia t5 6% uvb D3 reptil lamp. I have a fogger for humidity. They are soaked everyday. Everything was fine this morning!
