Redfoot lighting and humidity

I'm planning on adding a small grow light for some hanging plants to provide shade and a UVB light into my 4ftx2ft redfoot enclosure. I don't really have time to give my redfoot outdoor baths any more so I want to ensure it gets enough UVB.

What length should I use for the lights? I currently will be using a 12inch grow light.

Should I place them both on the same side or separate sides? (are there perhaps UVB lights that I can use as a two in one for plants and the tortoise?)

Lastly my redfoot is now about to be 3 years old, does it still need 80%+ humidity and 80-85 temps or can I lower those now?

I bought some 24" twin tubed fixtures from AMAZON and have a plant grow light and a 10.0 uvb Reptisun in them. For my Chameleons. But they'd work for you as well.
The tubes would be the 22".
Those 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 bulbs are not reccomended. They do nothing well.
And your Redfoot will require relatively high humidity for his entire life. But it's not as critical for an adult.

I think it should be fine.
I'd actually like them to be brighter than they are over my Chameleons.
I don't think a Redfoot tortoise would mind them at all.
I use them everyday and they've been reliable.
I've never used plant tubes with a Redfoot. Because the plants get trampled or eaten very quickly.

I bought my grow lights from the Home Depot.
The UVB tubes I use are REPTISUN T5 HO UVB. 10.0
Other members here prefer ARCADIA T5 HO UVB. 12%.
While I have no experience with Arcadia. They are probably superior from everything I've heard about them.
However, the REPTISUN have been easier to buy less expensively on Amazon.com. And they're all I've used so far.
(Since I switched over from using T8 tubes about 8-10 years ago)
