Protrusion from lower jaw

The picture isn’t the clearest, but you can see something sticking out from her mouth. It is hard and attached to her lower jaw. She’s around 5 months old. Any idea what it is and should it be a concern?

Does it look like a piece of the beak maybe just cracked, flaked?

It doesn’t looked cracked to me. Could be flaked maybe.

You can just clip it off a nail clipper.
