Poisonous plant?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I've been trying to find the answer and can't seem to find it. I have a hatchling Cumberland slider and need to know if a Bleheri Echinodorus paniculatus plant is poisonous to it. I have searched and searched and still nothing. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

The Amazon Sword Plant is probably the most popularly sold aquarium plant there is. Because it is so popular, I doubt it would be harmful to your turtle. But, like you, I couldn't find anything about its toxicity on the 'net.

I also forgot to ask about Mondo Grass Ophiopogon japonica.
