It looks like it could be a Carolina box turtle. Terrapin Carolina

It's definitely a North American Box turtle, looks like a Three-toed Box, Terrapane carolina triunguis but more photos of the plastron, head and rear feet would be needed to positively identify the subspecies.

Looks like a male 3 toed box turtle, I figured since this was your first thread and you didn't see it post, you re-posted another one, the first 5 threads (i think) are checked by a moderator to make sure you are not a spammer so there could be a delay in seeing it, So post away, the delay will disappear. Either a Three toed box turtle or a Three toed other American box turtle hybrid. I absolutely love Box turtles and will give you any help you need.

Yep, it's probably a three-toed box turtle (Terrapene carolina triunguis). It could also be a Coahuilan box turtle (Terrapene coahuila), but I doubt that.

The turtle in the picture is a three-toed box turtle (Terrapene carolina triunguis) and I think its a male.
