Plant sprouting in indoor enclosure

Oh man! You're killin' me here. Most plants look alike when they first sprout. It's impossible for us to know what that is until they get their secondary set of leaves. Right now it looks like some sort of grass.

Oops, please excuse my Dumb Teenage brain here Yvonne.:oops::D. I feel like leaving it in and seeing what it becomes. Hopefully something tasty for the torts

More than likely it's a seed from something you fed the tortoise. I would leave it too. It might just be something good to eat!

Most if not all sprouts that pop up will either get eaten by your tortoise or soon die from lack of actual sun light.
Most sprouts will never get large enough to identify.
