plant id please (philippines)

1st picture is a weed with white flowers

2nd picture is a mediam-sized grass 1-2 feet

3rd picture is a tall grass 1-3 feet with some sort of seed shooting up

What is it you really want to know? Edible? or just the name of the weed.

I don't worry about the names of things. If my tortoises eat it fine, if they don't also fine. Most tortoises won't eat something that isn't edible to them. One bite usually tells them whether to eat it or not.

Second one, I don't know. closest thing I know of is red fountain grass.

Third one, my best guess is Guineagrass, but I'm not sure

I want to know if they are edible. Sorry for the confusion
