Pink muhly grass

Hi I have started planting my own weeds and ran across this cool grass called Pink muhly grass or cotton candy grass here are pics of it blooming and not are they safe for a Greek tort?

I couldn't find anything about its toxicity, however it is deer resistant, so maybe that means its not palatable.

If it's a grass then it's safe for your tortoise. Some grasses are more palatable than others, so you'll just have to have your tortoise be the judge.

Deer resistant only means that when the deer eat it the plant is seldom killed.

w/a name like "muhly" i figure it's a muhlenbergia: a lot of these species are native to the US and drought tolerant...it's a grass so it's probably fine although your greek will probably not be interested in eating it anyways...
