I have a yearling leopard that has had a clear discharge from her nares for about 3 weeks. I put her in a hospital tank and have been keeping her temps about 90F. It wasn't going away, so I took her to the vet. I do not have a great local vet, but do consult with a great vet for final word. They are still waiting for the culture. Xrays were good. The fecal came back with pin worms. I asked her to check on how heavy the parasites were. She doesn't think it needs to be treated. I have 3 yearlings that are housed together when not in a hospital tank.
What do you guys think? How many are not a problem? If we decide to treat, what is the correct treatment?

Pin worms are extremely common. If the count isn't too high, it's ok to not treat. Some times wiping out but bacteria isn't worth losing good bacteria and gut flora.
