ive had my russian tortoise for 2 and a half years now and I've learned a lot on care for her but I'm just not sure if I'm doing it all right. she was not eating for a while a year ago and i took her to the vet and he said it was because she was growing. she doesn't like water either i put it in her tank and she doesn't drink it and i try soaking her and she freaks and tries to get away so i just now wet her shell and let her be in her tank i just want to know what you guys think oh how she looks she acts fine and eats and sleeps so i just would like to know if she looks ok

Tortoises don't stop eating when they are growing, there are any number of reasons why it stopped eating, as for the soaking I wouldn't worry, just offer it water and let it decide when it want to drink.
