How long have you had your new pet? Be sure to sit back with your laptop and read through the "Enclosures" and "Food and Diet" sections of this forum; there is also a good care sheet for "African Spurred-thigh Tortoises" or whatever the technical term for Sulcata is; someone will post the link soon.

You have taken on a member of the magnificent and lively, 3rd largest land tortoise species. TFO has many longterm keepers and experts on Sulcatas, so do a search for threads by Tom and maggie3fan to get yourself started on Sulcata-specific care requirements.
