my tort make weird voice

hello

I just got my tortoise last week from the pet store.. she was fine healthy no runny nose good eyes .. she was eating well too poop sleep and play around
from 4 days ago she stopped eating as usually she eat less but she do poop and walk around... yesterday I noticed she is making a noise like if it scream? when she about to sleep or els she make the noise

I searched for good vet around but
we don't have a vet that treat tortoise
what should I do
please help

She may have something stuck in her mouth or throat. Seeing you can look into her mouth. I would also give her a good long warm water soak. Be sure to not let her soaking water get cold. Can she bask under a heat light that the temp under the light reaches at least 95 degrees?

I will try to look into her mouth... I will do the bath too

yeah she does
I set the temp at 89 dgrees
I also let her stay in the morning sun for few hr
which the temperature is around 89-95 degrees
( I live in hot country)

Be sure she has shade and water and is not Ina high sided enclosure that just traps heat and doesn't let the breeze hit at her level. They can over heat very quickly.

Hi, and welcome to the forum!

I believe your tortoise has a respiratory infection. She will need some antibiotics in order to get well. Take a look at this vet and see if it is close to you:

I called their branch in my city they said * we don't treat tortoise* :"0


Update:

I have done all what I told
I give her the bath and I tried to look into her mouth but it was hard ....
she walk around as usual but she don't eat and drink little only... ):

I searched yesterday for Vet I heard there is a vet run by the government I will take her there today when it's open


I hope they can find the problem and help her :"(


I will update her status after taking her to the vet

Update:

I went her to the vet
the dr. daid there is nothing stuck in her mouth
but she have some inflammation so he gives me some medicine

But she still will not eat anything ! :"(
now 2 days pass and she haven't eat a bit !
how I can make her eat?
and she drink almost nothing

what should I do?

Do not worry: tortoises take time to adjust to a new place, environment, etc. They do no like change. He'll adapt eventually.
