I have two females and a male leopard all are over 10 years old, the male has never shown any interest in mating with the females, I recently separated them for two weeks to see if that would urge him to mate, with no results, please help with ideas.

Sometimes it take having another male to fight with to get the testosterone flowing. And what with quarantine and all, that's not a good option. I think your best bet is to wait until next year. But separate them and then put them together in the spring.

Some males just don't seem to have much interest in breeding.

As Yvonne said, adding another male can sometimes encourage aggression which may lead to mating. In doing that, the usual words of caution should be advised when added new members to the group. Be sure you are able and ready to separate individuals if the aggression becomes too frequent or too much.
