The big female is about 6-7 years old and the little guy is 2

Both female, right now (I'd go about a 75% certainty on it). The 2 year old may shift over time.

OK, I will guess too. Although they appear to be a little young to tell for sure, the tortoise on the LEFT is a female.
The one on the RIGHT looks like an immature male.

To me the one on the right looks like a female, but I'm a master at being wrong :-/
