I was curious is anyone grew live plants for their torts indoors. My Russian currently is spending the winter in a 50gallon Rubbermaid tote but I'm working on building a stand for a 75gallon Bowfront aquarium for my carpet python and I'm working on turning the base of the stand into my torts indoor home.
I was thinking of using a bio active soil substrate and possibly growing plants in there. Has anyone had any luck with growing plants indoors with their torts like this?
