I have 2 uva-uvb light systems, 2 zoo-med 10.0 24" for sunlight during the day. Then at night 1 blacklight. For heat I have 2 heat emitters. Large tortoise box 4'6'. Is there any problems.

Sounds like it should work, but the only way to know is with a thermometer. Remember: Cool side, warm side and basking SPOT.

May we see a pic or two? Might show us something that doesn't come across in the typed word.

For the tube lights, keep in mind after about 6 months, they start loosing their effectiveness. After a year, for that model, they need to be replaced according to the manufacturer. You also need to know the recommended distance between light and tort - too far away, and your tort may not be getting the benefits of the UVB.

The heat emitters - are the Ceramic Heat Emitters (CHEs)? Are the set up near the UVB to encourage basking under the UVB?

How old is the tort and how big?

And as Roachman said - we need 2 things to provide much more feedback... 1) what are the temps in the enclosure? Baskign spot(s), warm end ambient temps, cool end ambient temps, and 2) Pics!! :)
