Lighting Question

I picked up a combo light for my Hermann's baby, Atlas. It's UVB and Heat. I'm wondering about night time though. It's an indoor enclosure and in my room. The bulb is very bright to sleep with it on and I know the tort needs darkness at night as well, but if I turn the light off it's taking away the heat too. Obviously I should have thought this part through more. :/ Through the night, the temps are at about 70. It's that okay for night time? When the sun sets, it naturally does get cooler at night in the wild...

Welcome. Is that the combo light with the two bulbs? An incandescent heat lamp and a compact florescent UVB?

Its only good that they have cooler in the nighttime. I have all my lamps and light on a timer.
