Is spinich, rockets, and red multileaf lettuce safe to eat for RT?

It's ok as part of a varied diet. But don't feed it all the time.

It says on this website Spinach shoud not be eatn but yvonne said it should be fine for a vaired diet so is that a yes or no ?

Spinach binds calcium so that the calcium gets excreted with the waste. Because of that, you should not feed it all the time. That's why I said it's ok as part of a varied diet - in other words, not all the time but occasionally it's ok.
