It looks pretty good to me. Do you think there are any problems? Is the tortoise eating and acting all right?

Looks great. Housing it in a closed chamber with high humidity will help keep it that way.

No its not acting weird or anything.. infact I feel its growing healthy

Can you tell me if the beak is healthy as well ?

Beak looks fine. Feed him on a piece of slate or flat rock and it will help keep the beak filed down
Can he stand and walk properly, up on his feet? Not seen too many lay like that.
