Is cat-nip ok for torts?

So u was at petco an saw cat-nip. I'm guessing I can't feed him tht but was just making sure. So can I? And I also saw this stuff called pet grass. What about tht stuff? Can I feed a Greek tort tht stuff?

From what I have read cat-nip = bad. Pet grass= good.

Just make sure with the pet grass that they don't get the seeds as the grass matures.

I think pet grass is the same as wheat grass? If yes, then well I'm pretty sure they are okay to feed for tortoise.
