ID this tortoise

Just recently picked up this tortoise and I was told it is a Russian. But the shell is much darker than my other two. So just trying to figure out what exactly it is that I do have. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The one in question I guess is the one on the far right. The first one in the lineup.

They're all Russians.

So then my next question would be on two of them that I just recently Acquired The shell has a weird ripple around the back legs and it’s really thin and it’s almost ruffled. You can see it above above both rear legs

That is unusual, but nothing to worry about.
