I'd rather eat poop!

I made up Echo's salad/mash today and was excited for her because it had new greens it in WELL I placed her in front of it like usual and she promptly turned around, strutted across the clearing and picked up her morning poop to eat.
I wish I could of gotten a picture of my face, I'm sure it was great.
I also realized that only torts can eat their own poo and still be the most adorable things in our lives.

My little male star will try to eat his poop if it is available and if they have not received their fresh veggies. They mostly do their poops durnig their morning soak. I spot clean if I see any poop, before he has a change to dine on it, or walk thru it.
