humidity under basking light

I have done over Shredders tank again! ☺ While i can keep the humidity and temp perfect on the cool side (80%+ and 80 degrees) I cannot keep humidity above 55-60% under the basking light. I know because the lamp is hot it will dry out faster. Is it ok? I also have a heating pad on a thermostat to keep it nice and warm and humid in his hide.

Those are about what my RH readings are under the heat lamps, too.

Fairly normal. Sould be okay. Shell spraying and humid hides help.

Also it helps to spray down the area as well as the turtle/tortoise...
