Looking at your profile pic I can see your tort is pyramiding rather badly. Are you soaking him? what type of enclosure are you keeping him in? Can you post pictures of everything and tell a little bit more about your setup

I give him a bath everyday, I Feed him ( Lettuce, Arugula, Red Romaine, Baby Spinach, Radicchio, Green Romaine, and more ), i give him a sun bathing everyday. Those are a few things i do. But...... Whats wrong with my tort. ? like What do you mean pyramiding, like is the shape bad. is that what you mean.

yes, he appears to have what is best described as pyramids on his back. his shell should be smooth. It is thought to be caused by lack of humidity. It is mostly cosmetic but can lead to problems down the road if steps to correct it aren't taken.

what is the humidity level in your enclosure?

It’s is 37%.

So the humidity is the only problem right, not because I’m taking bad car of him.

Don't take it the wrong way. Not trying to say you are a bad owner. Trying to get the tort the best care he can get by providing you with info. read the care sheet. 37% is incredibly too low. I don't know what other issues you may have because I can't see your setup
