Help Identifying a turtle PLEASE!

I found this turtle and I want to be able to properly care for it, but first I need to know what type of turtle it is. Thank you!

Your picture isn't working for me. When I click on the picture symbol all I get is a notice that I'm not logged into AOL.

Have you tried to find the turtle's owner? Or maybe you figure it is a wild turtle? Most states have laws about taking in their turtles and tortoises.
