Help! (found tortoise)

So we had bad rain storm today and right before the sun went down I found this little guy in the ditch full of water. He looked like he was almost dead. I'm pretty sure it's a gopher tortoise. I couldn't just leave the little guy to die. I'm gonna bring him to the reptile sanctuary in the morning. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help him stay comfortable until morning when I can get him some help?

Keep him warm.
Give him a shallow plate of water while you can watch him. I'd take it out while you sleep.
You can offer him some grass as long as you know no pesticides were used on it.
