My baby pond turtle was accidentally stepped on by my nephew a few weeks ago and hasnt been really active ever since. He lost a few nails which drew a little blood but it looks like its healing i believe but today i noticed his neck looks crooked almost like its a stiff neck muscle and i rinsed him off to get a better look and as soon as i sat him down he started walking in circle for a minute... What could it be?

He needs to see an experienced reptile vet.
And he should never be fed on sand.
