Note: In the picture I have a 10 gallon aquarium sitting upside down on my tortoise Hut. This protects my 500W Thermostat that kicks on and off a 250-W infrared fixture and a back up 100-W Ceramic fixture. We are in Jacksonville, Fl and my redfoots and elongated are secured in the hut anytime temp's drop below 55 degrees. The heat system keeps them at a toasty 80 degrees even when it is 19 degrees out.
