Growth on my sullys mouth :/

At first I thought it was just a dirty mouth but now I'm starting to get confused/worried

Any thoughts on what it might be?

It might be an abscess.

Silly question but is this a vet issue or will it clear up on it's own?
I've never had any sick animals other than my puppy when she ate a bad mushroom

It will probably have to be lanced. It might be a sliver or an infection.
